ever seen at a wedding. so many people thought that he
totally motivated and excited the crowd. our guests had
pretty much danced the whole night thanks to him. ourselves
and guest were more than pleased. thank you so very much.
wish we could do it every weekend. I absolutely LOVED Phil! I loved the
music he played! He didn't feel like a stranger in the
corner, he felt like part of the friends/family! He was very
easy to talk to and very helpful with everything! He is a
genuinely nice guy and a great DJ! Our Dj Phil was everything we could ask for. DZ
entertainment was one of the easiest vendors we worked with.
On time, great service, and played everything exactly as we
wanted. Thanks again! Phil was awesome ! So helpful in planning with lots of great
suggestions. Also was so early and prompt for the reception
! Everything went wonderful and Phil was did a perfect job
with everything ! Thanks ! Phil was an excellent dj at our event. I will recommend his services to
others. Phil did an awesome job with our wedding reception. He was very helpful
over the phone and email in the planning phase leading up to the
wedding. On the wedding day, he got the party going quickly and had a
lot of people on the dance floor. Guests submitted song requests prior
to the wedding and made requests at the reception. Everything flowed
very smoothly and we had a great experience with DZ Entertainment. It
was great to know that they had the music taken care of as we were
making the final wedding preparations. We will recommend DZ
Entertainment to others in the future as well as use them again
ourselves. By the way, there were several brides-to-be as guests at the
reception. They talked to Phil about their upcoming weddings as well. I
think that alone speaks volumes for this group! Everything was great. Phil was very helpful throughout the process.
Great Job! Phil was awesome, he made our day really enjoyable. He was friendly and
professional to everyone. All of our guests really enjoyed him and the
music that he played. I would recommend him to anyone. He was really
awesome and made our day even more special. Our Dj Phil did a very nice job at our wedding reception. No
complaints. Phil did a very good job working in our requested songs and working with
a somewhat changing schedule of events during the reception. His music
selections got everyone up and dancing at the right times and his emcee
performance was on the mark. We'd highly recommend him to others. Phil spoke with me at some length on the telephone about what we wanted,
and he handled it all beautifully. I was worried about the cheeze factor
that you get with some DJs, but he knew what I meant and really helped
make a fun, cheeze-free party! We were very low key, and Phil could not have been any nicer. Thank you! We think Phil was fantastic listened to every thing that my husband,
Aubrey, Marc and myself asked him to do. the music choice was fantastic.
Most of our music selection was played and the music that he chose was
very appropriate. Everyone said that it was great not to have to sit and
wait for \"their type\" of music to be played. The dance floor was
always full. Phil Did exactly what we asked him to do. Please thank him
again for us.
I had some reservations about you and DZ Entertainment as Elise was
doing all of the ground work and I believe, picked you out of a hat!:-).
Additionally, I neglected to focus on the music until the very last week
prior to her wedding. When I realized that the music was the most
important element of her reception I started to move. Unfortunately for
you, I became the Micro-Managing Mother of the Bride From Hell.
I really had no idea of your style, I was fearful that the music would
not reflect their taste and playfulness.
Wow!!! You provided an incredible experience for these two
rather unique and special people and all of our guests. You were
classy, appropriate, humorous and the musical choices could not have
been better! You managed the reception in a way that reflected someone
with sensitivity to the room and a great deal of experience. I could
not have been more pleased. Because of you the atmosphere really
reflected all of the love in the room and the personalities of the bride
and groom. I will go out of my way to recommend your services and will
remember you for any future events that I host. I am very grateful.

Kristen Swensen - Mother of the Bride - Waterford at Fair Oaks - Fairfax VA - September 27th, 2008 email: Email Kristen Phil, I just wanted to finally thank you for the above and beyond amazing job you did DJing for our (Don & Elise Harrington) wedding that took place September 27, 2008. In planning the wedding, my biggest concern and effort was in making the reception a truly fun celebration -- and as everyone knows, that's incredibly tough with weddings when you're planning for a crowd with a variety of tastes and of different generations. Despite my not really knowing too much what I wanted played and my mother's anxious pre-wedding nixing of your suggestions, I can say that I have never had so much fun in my life. You completely tuned into what would get everyone dancing and kept it going all night! Everyone had a blast, if that wasn't already visible :) It's been a month and friends and family are still talking about how awesome the reception was. I've had wedding attendee pros telling me it was their favorite wedding ever. I was so worried I would be too anxious as the bride to feel comfortable dancing with everyone watching, (I've been to weddings where the music wasn't too good and not too many people wanted to dance.. I was dreading something like that happening), but every time I had to stop for photos or even do the cake cutting, all I could think was 'ah man, I want to go back to dancing!'. There were even times where the literal dance floor was filled to the brim and people were dancing off to the sides. You did a noticeably professional job with MCing as well -- I loved when you had my sister announce the bride and groom; that was such a sweet idea. To summarize, the music is obviously the biggest part a wedding reception, and you delivered it better than I could have imagined! I had guests say goodbye because they had to leave only to see them still there to the very end. Our photographer said it was the best wedding she had ever been too (wow)! I was nervous I would be so anxious that I wouldn't have fun but I can honestly say whole heartedly that it really was the happiest day of my life. I can't thank you enough! Phil did a great job to help make our
reception a wonderful experience. Music is very important to Carla and I
knew this part of our wedding was either going to make or break the mood.
Phil did a great job with our performance requests and picked great music
based on our preferences. I would recommend this service and D.J. Phil to
any couple out there looking for satisfaction and piece of mind when it
comes to the music for their big day. Do your selves a favor, stop
worrying, stop shopping and call DZ Entertainment.
Phil did a great job for our daughter's 16
Bday. We look forward to having Phil entertain again in the future. All

The dance floor really got going, everyone
had an amazing time, and Phil was great. We definitely made the right
choice.
Phil really did an excellent job with
everything. He paid very close attention to what my husband and I wanted
and played a great assortment of music. He played all the songs the guests
requested, and he really made for an awesome day! He did really good with
the names during introductions too, and we had some hard ones! We will
definitely recommend him to all of our friends.
Phil was great! I got SO MANY compliments on
the music and how it was one good song after another. The only complaint I
got was no one wanted to get off the dance floor and rest so they were
really tired by the end of the wedding. The price was right and Phil was
fabulous! I would recommend DZ Entertainment and Phil to anyone. My
mother-in-law already booked another DJ (Phil was booked) for an upcoming
work event.
Phil was wonderful and very accommodating.
Our guests loved the mix of jazz, rock, and Greek music. We also loved
that he made CD's of our music selections for us to keep.
Our dj Phil did an excellent job at our
wedding reception! I am very happy Michael's referred your organization.
When we met with Phil we knew we had made
the right decision. Everything was perfect! Great
job by Dj Phil and DZ Entertainment. We met with them and the Kurtz Beach
open house and they delivered what they promised.

Again I would like to apologize for the
wedding coordinator. I know she was rude to everyone involved in the

Phil really helped make the surprise work
out. He suggested that everyone get up and "hide" on the opposite side of
the room. It really worked and my Grandparents were super surprised!
Also he really helped us organize our toasts and the renewal of vows and
the cake cutting. I'm really glad he was there!!!! Just
wonderful. Perfect sound quality and great ability with the mix of people
in my crowd. Highly recommended and would look up again for another
function. It was
great - Phil was very professional and accommodating. Perfect! We are
planning an event for next fall (Fall 0'8) my 50th birthday bash and we
will definitely call you for entertainment! I really
can't say enough good things about Phil! We had a very laid
back event and he really went with the flow, kept the dance
floor packed, and was great about everything. Despite a
little problem on my end with getting files to him, the
music was perfect, he did great, and I felt like he had
everything under control. THANK YOU! Also, big thumbs up
to DZ in general and Dave Holmes for tolerating my incessant

and family. The event was timed very well on your end. Phil was
wonderful, everyone at our reception had a great time. He
did exactly what we asked for when we needed filler
(country) and incorporated our guest requests very

prompt and professional and did his best to incorporate all
our requests, as well as make professional recommendations
and provide suitable alternatives to requests that could not

Many of our guests have told us how much fun they had at the
wedding. Many have commented that it was the best wedding
they have ever been to. Thanks Phil for making our wedding
special and memorable! After the
Bride submitted her play list for her wedding to Phil, she
completely changed her mind at the wedding and was unhappy
about the music she selected. Upon informing Phil that she
wanted a totally different selection of music played, Phil
wasted no time in getting the exact type of music the Bride
wanted for her reception. The Bride and the whole wedding
party danced the night away forgetting that they were
unhappy with they're original music selections. Phil did
a great job We were very happy with Phil as our DJ. Phil did
a wonderful job! He was professional and fun. Everyone had
a great time! He played our requests and also read the
crowd to keep people dancing. Phil did
an excellent job helping me pick some songs I had a hard
time figuring out. Excellent songs, everyone enjoyed it.
Really kept everyone entertained.. Just a
note of appreciation for the excellent work Phil did at my
daughter's wedding reception at Kurt'z Beach July 15, 2006.
I enjoyed the way he made us all feel welcome, followed the
script my daughter left him and played music that did not
interrupt the guests. He was truly an experienced
professional. I would recommend Phil and your organization
to any parent seeking a quality DJ for a wedding event even
though they do not personally know your firm nor could get
to Pasadena Maryland to meet with you ahead of time. Loved the
web site; i.e. planning forms, song selecting abilities and
the submission before the event. Loved the fact that you
could continue to update as you thought of songs and time
planning events. This gave you time to think and/or change
things before you had to actually submit it.
