Everything was great! Dave Holmes delivered. Being a DJ
myself I'm always leery of the typical "wedding DJ" however
he felt the attitude of the crowd and did an awesome job. It
was like being at a wedding and a party at the same time.
Would definitely recommend Dave and DZ Entertainment to
anyone that asked.
I received so many compliments for the music choices
from a wide array of people, and most of those were for the
cocktail hour and dancing, both of which I left mostly up to
Steve. He did an excellent job of trying to incorporate the
interests of our older crowd, as well as the 20-somethings
who were dancing. Everyone had a great time!
My husband and I were SO happy with Steve & MJ! I had
so much to do as the Bride and I have to say this was by far
the easiest part of the entire process. The online planning
form made it almost too easy to choose our music, and when I
had questions Steve and MJ were there with answers. They
were professional, honest, and so much fun to work with.
They exceeded every expectation I had and truly worked hard
to make sure our wedding reception was what we wanted! They
were a key role in making our day so fun and memorable and
we couldn't be happier with their service! Thanks SO much

would recommend, and use them for any occasion. The staff we
worked with were very professional and accommodating to all
of our requests.
Dave and his assistant were awesome! They know how to

Mike did an excellent job,
stayed right on schedule, and played a good variety of songs.
Overall great job. Loved the cocktail music that kept
playing outside throughout the reception. It really made it
seem like an oasis. Also, thank you for the CDs so that we
can remember the day.
Steve and MJ played a great assortment of songs that
appealed to guests of all ages. They were wonderful to work
with. They made sure the event moved along at an appropriate
pace while still leaving room for spur-of-the-moment fun. I
would definitely recommend them.
Johnny was AMAZING. He kept
everyone on the dance floor all night long. The mix between
Latin and American music was just PERFECT. I cannot say
enough good things about him! He was so flexible and very
professional. Our wedding was fantastic, but Johnny made it
superb.
Absolutely Stellar! People are still talking about the
wedding. Great job, the experience shows!
Mike was wonderful! I can not
say a enough good things about Mike. He was very easy to
work with over the phone (as we did not meet until the day
of) and I was impressed with his professionalism and
creativity. My Groom and I have very diverse music tastes
and he was able to weave the event together seamlessly. Mike
played everything from Louis Armstrong to the Black Eyed
Peas like it was just an every day occurrence. Our wedding
guests spanned an age range of 16 to 80 and they all made it
to the dance floor several times. I would highly recommend
DZ and Mike to any bride.

So many people thought that Phil was the best dj they had
ever seen at a wedding. so many people thought that he
totally motivated and excited the crowd. our guests had
pretty much danced the whole night thanks to him.

When first meeting with Steve & MJ we were looking for
a DJ/Emcee that could assist in organizing and running a fun event. We
were granted our wish. The entire reception was perfect and our guests
constantly commended on how great the DJ's are. Steve read the crowd and
keep the dance floor packed all night and MJ was a terrific Emcee. Thank
you both for a night to remember. Our event ran so smoothly, thanks to Steve and MJ.
The music was great and our guests had a great time.
DZ Entertainment is also very competitive in terms

We had asked for a low key not too interactive but not
dead DJ and that is what we got. They made sure everything
was exactly as I wanted it, and that our night was a full

Our wedding reception was literally the talk of the town,
thanks to Dave! My cousin Mickey mentioned live on 98Rock
that it was "the most fun I've ever had at a wedding." We

Phil was awesome ! So helpful in planning with lots of

DJ John Torrez was great! I
loved how he incorporated my (bride's) requests and the
general feeling of the songs I was going for. We had some
Spanish speakers and mostly English speakers but he kept
the party going with a mixed playlist. Our guests
commented on how fun it was and how the music was great
(and how we didn't have any clichéd wedding music!).
Overall I would highly recommend him. On another note: the
DZ entertainment website was great. The song list request
forms were thorough and easy to use, I was very happy to
have the ability to choose a lot of music beyond the
standard "wedding music" paper form that I've seen other
companies use.
I was so busy that I did not
have a lot of time to communicate with Mike, but he was
able to accommodate to all my needs. I needed someone
independent and able to improvise when needed and Mike did
an excellent job of that. Very professional. Thanks Mike! Dave has done my 2 brothers weddings and mine now! All three times he has done a great job! |
